Free shipping on all Australian orders over $150

Shipping is on us via Australia Post when you spend $150 with us in one transaction. eParcel delivery takes 3 to 7 business days (orders originate in Adelaide, South Australia). We’ll text you a tracking number when we ship your order so you can track it on the Australia Post website https://auspost.com.au/ For all orders under this we charge a flat rate of $10. Please note this shipping charge is not refundable for items that are returned. 

All orders will be dispatched within 24hours of being placed.

Australia Post will endeavour to get your parcel delivered within the expected delivery window, however at times this may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances. Friend of Franki can not guarantee  delivery times and is not liable for parcels delivered outside of the delivery window. 

Too excited to wait? Express shipping is available on Australian orders for $13

That’s with Express Post eParcel and is next business day delivery within the Express Post Network. Track it on the Australia Post website. All orders will be dispatched within 24hours of being placed. Australia Post will endeavour to get your parcel delivered next day, however at times this may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances. Friend of Franki can not guarantee next day delivery and is not liable for parcels delivered outside of the delivery window. 

What if i’m out when the order is delivered?  

We advise notifying us in the notes of checkout if you require a “signature required” delivery.  If this is not noted, Australia Post may leave the parcel unattended if they believe it is safe to do so.  Please note: if signature required is not requested, the responsibility of lost or missing parcels becomes the customers.

 Unclaimed packages

If items are not claimed from Australia Post and are sent back to us, extra freight charges will be made for a second delivery.

International orders

Currently we offer international shipping for $25AUD to these selected countries : Canada, France, Finland, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Malaysia, New Zealand, Norway, Portugal, Singapore, Spain, Sweden, United Kingdom and the United States of America. 

Friend of Franki has the right to hold off shipping international orders until appropriate security measures are completed. This can include confirmation from any of our merchants. We may also ask international customers to provide further identification as proof of address. Failing to comply with this will result in the order being cancelled and a full refund issued.

Please note that prices are quoted in Australian dollars and will be charged in Australian dollars. Prices do not include relevant overseas custom duties, foreign taxes or other fees that you may incur. So please check with your local customs office for further information. Friend of Franki cannot be held responsible for any additional charges on your order, nor can we accept a return of the order in this case. Approximate time for delivery for international orders is 8-10 working days but can take as long as 4 weeks.

Friend of Franki has the right to cancel any order at any time without notice.
