Returns
Returns subject to the following conditions:
- Refunds are available for all full priced items, items must be returned within 14 days of receipt (in store sales) or delivery date (online) for a refund. Any returns received thereafter will be declined
- Items must be returned in their original condition including ALL tags attached and must not have been worn or washed. We will credit your original method of payment within 3 working days of the return of your item, minus any shipping fees paid
- ** Please note if the original purchase was paid using Afterpay, you will receive your refund less a 6% merchant feeÂ
- If you received free shipping on your original order, $10 will be deducted from your refund ($25 for international orders exc New Zealand $15) to cover the original shipping expenses
- Items reduced to 50% off or more are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. All other sales items returned within 14 days of delivery can be exchanged or a credit note issued
- All full price items purchased during a sale period will be eligible for an exchange or credit note. No refunds will be accepted
- Jewellery: Earrings and Made to order pieces cannot be returned
- Swimwear and Intimates must be tried on wearing undergarments. The tags and protective hygiene strip must be in place
- The cost of the return shipping is at the customer’s expense and is non- refundable
- Â if you have received a gift with purchase during a promotion, the gift must also be returned otherwise the value of the gift will be deducted from your refund
- Please note, should we identify unreasonable patterns of returns or purchase, or use of items for the creation of content for personal or professional gains, we may restrict or refuse future orders.
How to return?
Send your purchase back to us within 14 days from the date your parcel was delivered. You will need to enclose a copy of the return form (click here). If you do not have access to a printer please write all details from the return form on a piece of paper and include it in your return. Â

- Friend of Franki highly recommends that you return your parcel with registered post, this way you can track your parcel and make sure that it reaches us safe and sound. Friend of Franki will not be held responsible for items lost in the post on return to us. Â
- When your parcel arrives we will contact you and refund your order within 3 business days. It may take up to 3-4 business days for your account to be credited depending on your individual care issuer. Friend of Franki will not accept returns on worn, damaged or items that are not in a resalable condition.
FAULTY ITEMS
If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please email us at hello@friendoffranki.com.au with photos, your order number and details of the fault and we will endeavour to arrange a replacement, repair or a refund for you as quickly as possible, based on an assessment from the manufacturer.
If the manufacturer deems your item faulty, then your refund will be processed (please allow 1 week processing time).
